The classes are tailored for the individuals improving any elements needing attention as well as gaining overall physical improvement.
SDSD pride itself on putting the students welfare first and introduced these classes so that students would understand about ligaments, muscles and safe dance practice. This helps our dancers to avoid injury and practice safely at home.
